Our Business Consulting Services
Assessments and Evaluations ($150)
As your coach, we will go through a series of assessment questions to understand your priorities. We will do a business review so we can identify the areas easiest to improve. These evaluations are very affordable, and are also a great place to get started.
Group Training (from $195-$395) - FastTrac Classes
This program is designed for business owners who would like to learn more about the overall operational improvement of their business. Using the Kauffman FastTrac Program, you will meet with other entrepreneurs weekly in for 10 weeks in a "workshop" format; You will go through exercises and begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management. It is VERY affordable and is a great starting point.
Group Coaching ($125/Month)
This program is for owners who have either limited budgets or just want to be a part of a group of fellow business owners. Like the individualized model, you will meet on a regular basis and go through the evaluations. On a bi-weekly basis, you will have an allotted time within the group to present challenges and get help from not only your coach - but the other business owners as well.
One-on-One Coaching ($450/Month)
If you want to make the fastest and most long-lasting changes, this is the program for you. We will work one on one to outline your goals and the business strategies to accomplish them. We will create a budget for time and productivity to help keep you on track. We will work to balance all the components of your operation, marketing, financial, service and management goals. In this personalized program, we will meet on a weekly basis. Early on, we will do assessments and evaluations in order to learn about your business and about your leadership style. As you progress, you will implement the necessary strategies to get your business thriving. This program is a minimum of a 6 month commitment.
